Sinister Coffee & Creamery is a paranormal-themed, LGBTQ+ and woman-owned coffee roaster and ice creamery based in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 2018 by Kelly and Michelle Kaliher, the business sources organic, single-origin beans from women farmers in Peru, Guatemala, and Colombia, and makes ice cream with fresh dairy from local Oregon suppliers. The co-founders are active paranormal investigators and longtime Oregon Ghost Conference vendors.
