The Northern California Amateur Paranormal Society (NOR.CAPS) is a Sacramento-based paranormal investigation team dedicated to the scientific study and documentation of unexplained activity. They apply scientific methods to every investigation, seeking logical explanations before concluding anything remains unexplained, and never charge for their services.
