Speakers
Due July 31, 2026We pay our speakers.
- Present a 60-minute Main Stage talk (50 minutes speaking, 10 for set-up and transition) to a live audience.
- Chosen speakers are paid $100 and get a free General Admission pass to the vendor and speaker area for the weekend.
- Want a booth too? Fill out the vendor section and pay the booth fee. Speakers cover their own accommodations.
Instructors
Due July 31, 2026Keep half of every class fee.
- Teach an in-person class and keep 50% of the class fees, split evenly when co-taught. OGC sets the course price.
- Instructors also get a free General Admission pass to the vendor and speaker area for the weekend.
- Want a booth too? Fill out the vendor section and pay the booth fee. Instructors cover their own accommodations.
Vendors & Exhibitors
Your storefront in front of the whole conference.
- An 8′ x 10′ booth with pipe and drape, one 8′ table and two chairs, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Two weekend admission passes to the vendor and speaker area are included.
- First come, first served, open until sold out.

Prepare Before You Start
Have these ready before you start so the form goes quickly. Speakers and instructors can draft the text answers in a doc and paste them in, including for any co-presenters.
- Title of your proposed lecture
- Description of your topic 100-200 words
- Title of your proposed class 4 words max
- Class description 100-200 words
- Class outcomes what attendees leave knowing, 1-2 paragraphs
- Short bio 3-6 sentences, third person, used to introduce you on stage
- Full bio 100-200 words, third person
- Applicable qualifications education, training, past work, publications, awards
- Business logo or a business photo image file, for vendors and exhibitors
- A headshot or profile photo image file, for speakers and instructors, plus any co-presenters
